Sophia Cox

Pastor

M. Sophia Cox serves as a pastor with her husband, Eric on the Mosaic lead team. She has been in full-time ministry for almost two decades with Young Life whose mission is to introduce adolescents to Christ and help them grow in their faith. In 2006 she started Young Life in York City and currently serves as the Initiatives Coordinator for YoungLives, Young Life’s global ministry to pregnant and teen mothers and their babies. She has a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and M.A. in Pastoral Counseling. She is a mother and grandmother (Yaya) and loves walking with people in life. Her life scripture is Acts 20:24, “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus - the work of telling others the good news about God’s wonderful kindness and love.”
